Terms of Service
The short version of the deal between you and Steady Study.
Version 2026-07-20-draft
The account is yours, and it's for a grown-up
You need to be 18 or older to open an account, and you agree you're the parent or guardian of any child you add. One family account covers your household. Keep your login to yourself — anything done from your account is on you.
What you get
A fresh worksheet for each child, on the subjects and days you schedule, at the level that fits them — plus a short note for you on how to help. Worksheets are for your family's personal use, not for reselling or redistributing.
Plans, billing, and canceling
Plans are monthly or yearly and renew on their own until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. We don't do surprise price changes on a plan you're already on. Payments run through Stripe.
Closing your account and your data
You can close your account and delete your child's data anytime from your account page. When you do, we remove your child's information and your login, and keep only the billing record our payment processor is required to hold. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what's deleted and what's kept.
What we ask of you
Use Steady Study for your own family. Don't try to break into the service, scrape it, or resell the worksheets. We may pause an account that's being misused.
The honest limits
Steady Study is a practice tool, not a tutor, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of any particular result. We work hard to keep content accurate and age-appropriate, and to keep the service running, but we can't promise it's perfect or never down. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as-is.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll let you know. Keeping the account after a change means you're okay with it. (This is a draft; the final terms — including governing law and dispute details — are set with counsel before launch.)
